Favorite Teaching Movie:
Summer School
I'm not a big fan of teaching movies, but one that stuck with me was Summer School. It made teaching and learning seem fun and it was always on TV when I was sick or during the summer.

Three adjectives describing my teaching style:
Innovative - I like to try new things in the classroom and mix things up. This reduces the monotony in the curriculum and helps the students really get enjoy learning.

Adaptive - I work with co-teachers a lot and also abroad. There are several things that I have had to adapt to such as last-minute schedule/curriculum changes, lack of resources, etc.

Receptive - I always try to be receptive to the different activities and methods that I bring into the classroom so that I will know what my students respond to and what they are not interested in.

Three adjectives describing my learning style:
Observant - I like to use observation with my learning style to show the learning objective and how it's reached in a practical environment.

Studious - Although I like experiencing learning, I do not discount the benefits of reading the experiences of others and educating myself through books and research articles.

Practical - I enjoy learning about methods and subjects with practical applications in my life. This helps me retain information well because the subjects are reinforced outside of the classroom environment.
