Two of Brighton's mentors in Temerloh had a great July 4th celebration thanks to invitations from their schools to participate in an evening function.

Jimmy Ma, American, and his wife Martina celebrated July 4th in Mentakab with a dinner function for their Chinese schools. Included in this teacher's appreciation dinners were the local SJKC schools from the Temerloh area.

Martina's Chinese school is SJKC Mentakab 1 in Mentakab.

Jimmy's Chinese school is SJKC Khee Chee in Temerloh.

This is the Great American Bald Eagle. It has been changed to bear the colors and insignia's of the American flag.

These friendly and important people represented the SJKC Khee Chee Alumni Association. This group is instrumental in helping SKJC Khee Chee raise funds for any and all of the school's needs.

Of course, no July 4th night would be complete without fireworks!
